Medicare has created a new FAQ Category for E-Health; Elecronic Health Records and has provided simple answers to common questions related to the Recovery Act financial incentives to encourage "meaningful use" of certified Electronic Health Records (EHR) among Medicare and Medicaid providers.  They've included an estimated EHR timeline (with a rule expected late in 2009), their intention to provide "supportive programs" to assist providers with taking advanteage of the incentive program, and eligibility information.

Now is a good time to store a search on the MediRegs platform to stay up to date with information as it is published.  As always, you want to be sure to include alternative search terms to catch all related documents, and if you search from the "top" of the product, you're scope will be as inclusive as possible.  Here is a picture of my search:Sample Advanced Stored Search for EHR
